 What is a blogger?

Blogger is a content management system i.e, CMS. This is used to manage blog content easily. Simply, it is a blog publishing platform. It allows multiple users to handle a single blog. Blogger is developed by Pyra Labs founded by Google in 1999. Blogger provides everyone a free subdomain of blogspot.com, which is hosted by Google. Blogger also provides everyone to connect their custom domain, like www.yourdomain.com, with their blogger. To add your custom domain with blogger you have to manage your custom domain DNS settings. Add the TXT record in your custom domain provided by blogger at the path of Setting > Basic in your blogger. The TXT record is visible while you add your custom domain. Remember that you must have a Google account to create a blogger for yourself. And, form every account there are 100 blogs per account. From 2010 blogger also allowed to publish the blog to their own web server via FTP protocol. And, it is very easy to add Google AdSense to your blogger. 

How to create an account in blogger?

Follow the steps to create a blogger:

1. Click here to open www.blogger.com
2. By clicking on the link above the blogger website is open. Now, click on NEW POST button.
3. By clicking on Create Your Blog button you will be redirected to the Google Sign-in page. You have to continue with the Google sign-in process. Enter your Google id and password to continue.
4. Now, fill the necessary details for your blogger. The title, blogger address and chose your blogger theme then click on +NEW POST! button.
5. Congrats!!! you are successfully creating your blog. Now, start writing a blog for your blogger and publish it to your blogger.
