Why my all emails are going to spam?

Hello everyone, how are you? Today, we discuss, why your email is going to spam? There are so many reasons that the email is going to spam every time. If you are starting email marketing you can notice that when you send a bulk e-mail the first time it delivered fine but when you regularly send bulk email then it will start going to spam.

Your emails are going to spam because any of the following reasons:

You are not targeting the right audience.

Not targeting the right audience means you are sending emails to those people who are not interested in your campion. In that case, they may mark you as spam. If many people mark you as spam then your email is going to spam every time.

You do not have permission to send email to whom you send email.

If you don't have permission to send an email then also because of going your email into spam. If you don't have permission then it may be possible that they are not interested in your email campion. And, they may mark you as spam. If you want to take permission and you have to feel the subscription form from those you are sending the email champion.

Your IP address may be used for spam

Sometimes your email is going to spam event you never send span yourself. When you send bulk email without any permission with the email owner and the email is not relevant to them then they mark the email as spam. If your lots of emails are marked as spam which is sending by your IP address then and this is the cause why your IP address is going to spam.

Lower engagement rates on your sending emails

When you send the bulk email it may possible many people does not open your mail and due to which your emails have lower engagement rates. And if you have lower engagement rates it is also possible that your emails are going to spam from next time.

Your subscriber don't remember you

Sometimes it happens your subscriber does not remember you and when you send them an email they found that this email is not relevant to me and in this case, they mark your email as spam. This is also the reason mail going to spam.

Your email subject line may be misleading

If your content of the email is different from the subject then this type of mail is misleading mail. It's against the law (CAN-SPAM Act) to send misleading emails. And mislead mails are the higher priority to encourage people to mark your email as spam.

Your "Form/to/reply-to" information is misleading.

This is also again the CAN-SPAM ACT to mislead anyone with your "from/to/reply-to". Misleading emails like you send an email to your email list but I think there that this email is from the name of any popular company.

If you don't add your physical address to your email

Legally it is important to include your physical address in your mail. Add the physical address just above the unsubscription link.

Using a spam keywords

When you are using spam keywords your every email is going to spam every time. If you right any ward in your subject are in body and this world is a spam keyword then your email is going to spam every time.
